"And the twelve summoned the full number of the disciples and said, “It is not right that we should give up preaching the word of God to serve tables. Therefore, brothers, pick out from among you seven men of good repute, full of the Spirit and of wisdom, whom we will appoint to this duty." Acts 6:2-3
Deacons
We believe the bible teaches that deacons are the lead servants within the congregation. Those who serve must meet the character qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:8-13. Their service is essential to our holistic ministry, ensuring that physical needs are met, and guarding the unity of our church (Acts 6:1-7).

Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?” 8 He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?
